# User-Support Channels

#### Email help-desk -  <support@jurisprotocol.com>:

Write us an email if a transaction appears stuck, a balance looks wrong, or you simply need step-by-step guidance. Juris pledges a maximum two-business-day response time and usually replies much faster.

#### Discord - <https://discord.gg/Rnf4GEuZBv>:

The “#support-desk” room inside the official Discord server is staffed by core contributors and knowledgeable community members around the clock. Screenshots and transaction hashes are welcome; just remember to redact private data.

#### Telegram - <https://t.me/jurisprotocol>:

A lighter, mobile-first support line. Moderators post scam warnings, downtime notices and quick fixes for common wallet issues.

Whenever you contact us, state your wallet address, browser/wallet version, and a brief description of the problem. Clear context speeds up a solution.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://juris-protocol.gitbook.io/juris-protocol/support-and-community-resources/user-support-channels.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
