# Feedback & Suggestions

Juris believes bugs are fixed faster—and ideas blossom sooner—when feedback flows without friction. Inside the web app you’ll find a floating “Send feedback” button that opens a short form. Your comments go straight to the documentation and product teams; critical issues are escalated to developers within minutes.

Larger feature requests can be posted in the “Ideas-and-Roadmap” board on Discord where the community up-votes suggestions. Highly-voted items are formalised into research proposals and, if viable, moved to the governance queue for funding.
